Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools at abroad——Establishing the Bangpakong Branch of Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College In Thailand
In 2016, Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College and Bangpakong Industrial and Community Education College of Thailand signed an agreement of cooperation in running school and to establish “The Bangpakong Branch of Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College” in Thailand. The cooperation majors are rail transportation, logistics and automobile engineering. Now the project has been selected in the International Cooperation Memorandum of “The Belt and Road” which is carried by the Ministry of Education and the Yunnan Provincial People's government. The college is the only one college that has the project listed as the key support project of the ministry of education to promote the higher education and international influence of Yunnan province among all the vocational colleges.
实施境外办学——我校在泰国设立“云交院泰国邦帕空分校”
2016年我校与泰国邦帕空工业及社区教育学院就轨道交通、物流管理及汽车运用与维修技术专业工程三个专业在泰国开展合作办学项目签订协议，并在泰方设立“云南交通职业技术学院泰国帮帕空分校”，成为面向南亚东南亚的办学窗口。该项目入选《教育部与云南省人民政府开展“一带一路”教育行动国际合作备录》重点支持项目，成为云南省唯一一所被列为教育部重点支持项目的高等职业学校，大大提升了云南省高等教育实力和国际影响力。
